The team of trustees work closely with the principal and the staff, in order to help the children at The H. B. Kapadia New High School achieve their full potential, in a happy, caring environment.

The school has strong leadership and provides clear vision and direction to our very committed team of educators. It is an environment in which teachers want to stay and where everyone works together to uphold the ethos of the school. We are all proud of our school; teacher, children and parents alike. It is joy to see the children attend any activity where they represent the school; whatever the function, talent contests, curriculum competitions or inter-school meets they are proud to say they go to The H. B. Kapadia New High School. We value parental views and believe that we should work together to create positive school ethos which encourages children to be independent, responsible and thoughtful. We enable our children to become resilient and confident whilst recognizing that they still need help and reassurance along the way. A happy child is one who learns.
