The sparkling flame of knowledge from Shahibaug School was now carried further in the year 2001 to the Memnagar area of the city by none other than Shri Muktak N Kapadia who has proved himself to be the true successor of his forefathers and founders of The H. B. Kapadia New High School. He has been a reflection of the same dedication and sincerity towards education as his ancestors. He has given such an impetus to the school that from a single branch at Shahibaug, today the school has earned a reputation of becoming 'The H. B. Kapadia Group of Schools' with branches in 8 locations and expanding still further with new possibilities and expansions.

Mrs. Rupa Kapadia is a trustee at The H. B. Kapadia New High School. She has been a strong pillar of HBK right through inception. She actively supports and promotes the school's mission, vision, strategic goals and policy positions. She empathetically coordinates with parents as well as staff.

Mrs. Eshita Harsh Kapadia has been an integral part of The H.B. Kapadia group of schools since 2014, working closely with Mr. Harsh Kapadia and Mr. Shashwat Kapadia in planning, strategising and developing for the group. She holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat Technological University. She has a very keen interest in reforming the way current education is delivered. To understand and make changes from its roots, she has also pursued a professional training from Red Bricks Teachers Institute and management related courses from Fordham University in USA.

Mr. Shashwat Kapadia is one of a kind and very enthusiastic individual, always keen on upgrading the way we think and the way we teach. He’s been a student of law. His deep interest in finance took him to study in University of Leeds, UK, but his passion for The H.B. Kapadia Group was unswerving, because of which, he earned an MBA in Family Business from Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS). Working with The H.B. Kapadia Group since 2014, he is bringing futuristic changes in the education system.

Mr. Harsh Kapadia represents the fourth generation of the Kapadia family. A Chartered Accountant by profession and an academic achiever while pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law. He has also studied International Business from Harvard University. His love for education and passion for technology drives him to bring technology into contemporary teaching and learning practices at HBK that would help the students to make apt career choices.
